Penny Realty is the property management company you want to use if you're in the surrounding San Diego area, hands down. I needed to find a quick rental for a potential career move from out of state and Carson and Emily were my renting saviors! While things didn't pan out as intended, Carson was the most patient human with my million of questions and quick ask turnarounds, while Emily was the most capable quarterback I've seen in a long time across the housing industry. What a friendly, professional and responsive team. Penny realty helped me find exactly what I was looking for at the beach in 1994. I ended up renting the unit for almost 30 years and last year they were great again and helped me get in a quaint apartment by the beach.
