I have been going to Pepper boxing for around three months and it’s been a really great experience! Definitely pushes me out of my comfort zone and I always leave class feeling so accomplished. All the instructors are great, especially Chase and Sarah. They are also very affordable!! with my membership I’m paying around $15-$18 per class, like where else can you get that?? I’m looking forward to continuing my weight loss journey with PB!!
This is such a great workout and I love everyone who works here. The people are friendly and the classes are challenging/fun. Sarah is a great instructor who is always pushing the class and brings great energy. As someone who does not workout often, I highly recommend Pepper Boxing. Nothing but good things to say.
I LOVE Pepper Boxing! It got me back into fitness after years of inactivity. It’s so fun. I love the classes with Nikki and Sarah. The classes are challenging, but fun. The trainers motivate you. I’ve been going for almost 2 months now and will keep going. I’ve gotten 2 other friends to go with me as well and they both love it. If you’re thinking about trying it, just do it and you won’t regret it!
Pepper has become a staple workout in my routine. I love BoxCamp with Mary in the early mornings and a good Saturday class with the girl friends. The environment is always so energetic but also allows me to really dial in and push myself. 10/10 would recommend stepping out of your comfort zone and giving it a try!
I have been boxing and training at Pepper for nearly a year and at the Buckhead location since it opened. The atmosphere is welcoming and the workout itself is a blast. They have hit upon a formula that allows serious athletes to feel challenged while remaining accessible to regular folks (like me) who are simply looking to get in shape. I cannot overstate how fun it is to punch the s@@t out of a bag. Instructors are excellent. I do the regular boxing classes 3-4 days a week and do private training twice a week. Pepper Buckhead is a strong recommend.
