Mike and the team did a fantastic job with a sump pump installation, taking careful care of my (almost 100 y.o. home) he was knowledgeable, friendly and did not try to upsell anything we did not need or ask for. This is what most people are looking for and cannot find these days, a rare gem! Thank you Mike, for the hard to come by, honest and professional service. We were in a bind with so many conflicting bits of information and you were able to help us navigate this installation with expertise and compassion.
Joey came out to our home in SE Portland and did an honest job with very reasonable pricing. We had two others come out who quoted us SEVEN times what Perfect Service charged. Joey was very helpful and easy to work with. When Mike answered the phone he was very nice and accommodated us the same day, even though they had an already very full schedule. I def recommend and will use again!
I would highly recommend working with Mike at a Perfect Service for anything plumbing needs in the Portland area. He was responsive and timely with scheduling a call to install a new kitchen sink faucet. He thoroughly diagnosed the issue that caused our previous system to malfunction and did an amazing job installing the new faucet. You can’t beat the prices and transparency, which you just can’t find anywhere else.
Mike and his team at Perfect Service Plumbing went above and beyond on multiple plumbing issues that presented themselves in the process of renovating an old family property. All of the service calls involved unique and challenging plumbing knowledge due to the age and condition of the house and plumbing. Mike repaired and retrofitted with ultimate expertise and at a fraction of the price that other plumbers would have charged. Mike and his team proved to be honest , extremely skilled, reliable, and professional. I highly recommend him and his company and will hire him again. Also, Mike is just a really nice person and a pleasure to interact with.
Mike installed an under sink water filter and spout. He was very patient while my wife debated the location of the faucet. He was highly professional to engage with, and was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job. He had to cut through our quartz countertop, so there was no room for error. He talked us through it and left the area clean. We love our new sink filtered water spout! I would not hesitate to hire Mike again. Highly recommend.
