Perspire Sauna Studio ist ein Sauna- und Wellnesszentrum in der 4865 S Higley Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85298. Die sauberen Räume und das freundliche Personal werden von Gästen immer wieder gelobt. Jede 40-minütige Sitzung erreicht ca. 140–150 Grad und bietet einstellbare Presets wie Farbtherapie; in jedem Studio gibt es außerdem einen Fernseher, der Netflix, Hulu, YouTube und mehr anbietet. Die Studios umfassen Stühle, Handtücher und Leitfäden zur Farbtherapie. Gäste berichten von Arthritis-Linderung, besserem Schlaf, verbesserter Stimmung und einer klaren Haut.

I am so glad I tried Perspire! I have arthritis and used to struggle to get out of bed everyday. This has been a game changer. I go 4-5 times a week and have almost no pain in my back and neck anymore! The staff is always friendly and the saunas are always clean and ready to go.
Updating my review as it's been a constant staple of my self care routine. What I love about the sauna is you can adjust how you use the room. I started out using Gua Sha in the room to break down muscle tension, opted for the bigger rooms when I wanted space to stretch, but found my favorite is setting the temp to 150 and make shifting hot/cold therapy by opening/closing the door to drop & increase the temp...it works best with the smaller rooms. My body & mind seems to benefit from all aspects of the sauna. ~ Appreciating the Perspire team!
Have visited Perspire over 10 times with my husband and we always have the best experience. The staff at the sauna studio is always happy and ready to answer any questions you have or enthusiastic about assisting you make a reservation. They truly care about your well-being and want you to enjoy your session. They assist you in getting the sauna ready for you in advance by asking if you would like to have any presets like your color therapy, tv channel and more. The sauna itself is extremely clean and well maintained. They make sure every session feels like they just opened the studio for you. Each of the studios has a chair, cool towels, a color therapy reference guide, towels inside the sauna, and areas to hang your clothes while you warm up. There is a tv located in each studio room and the audio is all set up to play inside the sauna while you relax. They have Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and more. Feel free to choose between mediation music or catch up on your favorite show for 40 minutes. Each session lasts 40 mins but you set the timer once inside the sauna. I do wish there was a little reminder because sometimes I forget but it’s easy to add time in multiple increments on the sauna for your remaining time. The 40 mins is the perfect amount of time and with temps over 140-150 you definitely break a sweat. Sauna 1 and Sauna 9 are extra spacious is you prefer to get your sweat on with a friend or significant other but even all the other studios are perfectly sized for 2 or 1. My husband and I have loved our sessions and have decided to get another package of sessions because the physical and mental benefits have been proven over the last month. We have seen our pain eased after weekly workouts, we sleep better on the days we sweat it out in our sessions, our skin has become better, and our moods have become more positive and relaxed. We will be continuing to come back and enjoy Perspire. Thankful for a wonderful team of amazing people that are always willing to go above and beyond for their clients.
