incredibly professional, amazingly empathetic staff, and just overall a great vet. not my usual vet, but i needed an avian specialist as i had to get a chicken euthanized, and they were so caring, understanding, and did a wonderful job explaining the process and giving me options +time to process. i would highly recommend them for end of life services, but they also had an incredibly professional and kind office, so im willing to bet theyre great at every other kind of service as well.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Perth Pet Vet Every time I bring my dog in, the staff is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They take the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and I never feel rushed or overlooked. One thing I especially appreciate is that they always give us clear options for treatment and walk us through the costs upfront. There are never any surprises just honest guidance that helps us make the best decision for our dog. It’s so refreshing to have a vet who respects both your pet’s needs and your budget. My dog is usually a little nervous at the vet, but the team here always goes above and beyond to help him feel comfortable and safe. You can tell they truly love animals and treat them as if they were their own. The doctors are knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. They follow up after visits, check in to make sure everything is going smoothly, and are always happy to answer any questions. I’m so grateful to have found a vet I can trust completely. Highly recommend this place to any pet parent looking for top-notch care! 🐾❤️
We visit Perth Pet Vet quite often for our many fur babies and Dr Toni and team could not be any more incredible than they already are. They have given us so much knowledge, support and assistance over the years and we would not trust anyone else with our pets. Most recently our loss of our girl Daisy, Dr Toni and team went above and beyond from the appointment to the discussions of options to the support to the at home euthanasia to put our girl to forever sleep and now the beautiful package we have received. When it’s time for your fur baby to cross the rainbow bridge, then Perth Pet Vet is the place to start that journey. After a shock diagnosis on the Friday to the final goodbye the next day. The staff were phenomenally empathetic, compassionate people. Ensuring that we were cared for and that our precious pet was comfortable, calm and the crossing was as peaceful as could be. Upon reflection, it couldn’t have been a more beautiful passing. I can’t stress highly enough how caring the staff were. How they took our beloved baby afterwards, and lovingly wrapped them up including ink paw prints, to give back to us to bury at home was truely heartwarming. Even if it’s just a friendly check up for your beloved pet, I emplore you to meet the team at Perth Pet Vet, they will care for your pets like it was their own!
