Luke arrived on time and prepared. He was thoughtful, easy to talk to and very thorough. He explained what he was doing. - checking for mice activity, entry points and where he would place the bait stations. He wasn’t trying to limit the amount of bait nor the amount of time he was putting into this appointment. I felt I could trust his advice and we talked about some extra needs under the deck outside. I would definitely recommend this company and I found Luke did an excellent job both representing this company and providing the service I was looking for. Thanks again.

He arrived right on time despite the heavy snow and worked very cleanly and thoroughly. He was also very helpful in answering all my questions and making sure I understood the next steps.
