I recently had Kevin visit my home for pest control treatment, and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. Not only did he thoroughly explain the treatment process, but he also took the time to answer all my questions and provide valuable advice on how to prevent future pest issues. Kevin was extremely cooperative, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. His expertise and attention to detail put me at ease, and I appreciated his willingness to address all my concerns. From the first initial phone call with the very reassuring and delightful Mary to the moment Lewis walked out our door after the follow up visit, this company have been truly phenomenal. We were horrified to discover mould mites in our kitchen and after trying to treat them ourselves, damaging all the kitchen and then having to replace the kitchen in doing so, we had to admit we needed professional help. I was so embarrassed and distressed when explaining to Mary our issue and she reassuringly told me it was more common that I thought and she would get someone to call me back asap. Within an hour I had the very lovely Lewis call and arrange coming to help us that very day!! I think he knew how distressed I was and must've felt sorry for me as his visit was a bit later on when he should've been at home. Not only did he treat the pests, he very thoroughly explained how to manage the environment to prevent any further issues. He understood that me being neuro divergent that I needed a bit more in-depth explanation, had no hesitations in answering my questions even the following day when I had a seizure and forgot his instructions. On the follow up visit, Lewis again was very thorough and treated every inch of the kitchen and when I asked should I get a precautionary treatment when the new kitchen arrives, he stated that no, he doesn't treat a maybe, he treats a problem. Unlike a lot of companies who would very happily come at take the money again and again, Lewis was very honest and very reassuring. I honestly cannot thank Lewis and Mary for helping rid our home of these pests as well as giving me a proper night's sleep with no more worry. Please do not hesitate to use this company. Their prices are amazing, their knowledge is unbelievable but their ability to sort pest issues is phenomenal. Thank you for solving our issues Lewis and Mary thank you listening to me sobbing and reassuring me I wasn't unhygienic or my home dirty.
