Pet paradaise was amazing!!! Kristina did great with Vayda, my rotty! Vayda hates leaving me and Kristina handled it so well! Vayda came home smelling so good and soft! Her nails looked great and she slept like a baby after coming home! I will definitely be returning!!!

Our dog is our life and we've never spent a night away from him & have only left him alone long enough to go to work (which included us usually stopping by the house on breaks and routes frequently). Now, I work from home and he is by my side all day. So, imagine the sinking feeling of having no choice but to board him for the first time because I had to have surgery that required a hospital stay. Pet Paradise University was an absolute Godsend in a very scary time for us. The booking was easy and the price was just as great! But wait...we don't have his records from Michigan and he needs updated shots...also, no worry! New Day got us in quickly and treated our boy like the prince he is. They updated the resort with his shot records immediately and took one more to-do off my plate. I was able to watch the cameras during my hospital stay which calmed my anxiety and allowed me to focus on healing. The staff engaged him during yard play and ensured he was comfortable at all times. Watching him play and socialize with other fur babies brought me so much joy. When he had a minor tummy issue, we were notified immediately. They followed every directive I left for him, as well. I appointed my daughter as his authorized pick up person and she raved about how smooth the staff made the process on her and her fur brother. I can't say enough about Pet Paradise, moreover this location! We will be returning for regular play, grooming, and vet visits. Thank you to the entire team for making this part of an otherwise gloomy situation so amazing!!!!!

I've been taking my fur babies to Pet Paradise for 10 years. Their Groomer, Pam is experienced very talented and I believe she can perform magic. She loves our fur babies. I highly recommend Pet Paradise and Pam. The staff are very friendly and truly love fur babies. Facility is very clean. Pool for the pets. Prices are reasonable for the care they give plus the service. High recommend

We are brand new to Pet Paradise and I have an older man who is 12. They took the absolute best care of him during daycare. Put him with the calmer bigger dogs so he wasn’t run over but still enjoyed himself. They also have cameras so you can watch them play, all staff is just Wonderful and so happy to answer any and all questions. Seriously best place ever for the price. Thank you for giving such excellent care to my Ian!!

I have boarded my dog at this location multiple times and the team truly makes me feel very comfortable and provides me peace of mind. One of the only places I trust to take care of my dog!! She always comes home very happppyyyyy as you can see in the picture attached.
