Our dog buddy has done his vacation care with PETS 3 times now. He always comes home happy and calm which makes us so relieved. He is a very anxious dog and tricky at times but the dog handlers are very professional and calm exactly what our boy needs. Julia dropped buddy off and she was so calm and lovely. The refresher training always helps as I walked buddy today and there was no pulling on his lead. I would highly recommend PETs from drop off to pick up the whole process is very professional and our dog comes back a very happy boy.
I was really impressed and happy with how smooth the handover and pick-up process was. I was quite anxious leaving my dog for the first time, but I left feeling confident and reassured. Upon pick-up, my dog appeared happy and very well looked after, which gave me great peace of mind. If I were to offer any constructive feedback, it would be that I would have loved to hear a little more about how he was during his stay and his interactions with other dogs. This is mainly so I can see if there’s anything I could be doing differently at home to help him be more social and well-behaved. That said, I completely understand that pick-up can be a busy time and wouldn’t hold this against them at all. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and would absolutely use their services again.
My Sharpei GumTree was transformed. To take him for a walk on lead is a pleasure now while before he was unruly and disobedient. The training has made both our lives better. It also seems to stopped his destruction when left at home for too long
I could not recommend these guys enough! Our Billie was out of control especially when it came to listening and walking on a lead after her hormones took over. After her 2 weeks of training/boarding she is doing so great at home. They helped her gain confidence and focus as well as guiding me on how to help continue the training. I was worried about leaving her for 2 weeks at place unknown to us but after speaking to the staff on the phone and adding the daily photo package (see some photos attached), we felt confident in booking her in. When picking her up we were proven right on how great and supportive the staff were for Billie. I am beyond grateful to the team for all their effort as I know she was a handful to begin with.
My dog Doon Doon recently completed the 2-week obedience training at Guard Dog Training Centre, and the results were amazing! He came back like a different dog, calmer, more confident, and so well-behaved. Before training, Doon Doon struggled with bad leash reactivity and would react strongly to other dogs and people. Now he’s much more relaxed and responsive. When we picked him up, the trainer took time to show us how to handle him properly and gave us clear guidance on how to continue the training at home. It was great to see how well Doon Doon followed every command! He also came back happier and stronger, it’s clear he got plenty of exercise and care during his stay. All the staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their dog’s behaviour and confidence!
