The photobooth was a hit at our wedding! The attendant made the photo-taking process so easy for guests, he was a great host and made sure that everyone was in frame. Phonix has a ton of backgrounds and printout templates to choose from. We were able to custom design the photo printout background so it matched our stationary. Got our online gallery two days later! Communication was quick and pricing was reasonable.
We are so happy that we went with Phonix Photobooth for our wedding! Our attendant was super helpful and friendly. Our guests loved the experience and we got our digital copies within 2 days! I would recommend them for any large events as their packages were really reasonably priced. Thanks Phonix!
If you're going through the stress of browsing around for photobooth options for your wedding, then look no further. Phonix is 100% the way to go! The concept of the Magic Mirror drew us in right away. From there, the Phonix team (Eric, Jervy and Kenneth - all wonderful human beings, and amazing at what they do) was very responsive, accommodating, and made sure that every detail was spot on. It was a particularly fun process to design the photo booth template, and the Phonix team were utmost efficient and entirely took the stress away from the process. At the wedding, the Magic Mirror was a hot spot, one where the party came alive due to the interactive nature of it. An amazing experience all around!
If I could leave 10 stars, I would. We hired this company for our wedding and Jervy was a consummate professional and kind of a hype man when guests were taking pics! Even before our wedding they were able to customize the photo format to exactly what we wanted! Communication was fast and streamlined, and they sent us the album literally the day after our wedding. Plus, they have some of the best pricing in Vancouver. If you're on the edge about booking, this is your sign!
THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! Phonix Magic Mirror Photo Booth has done 3 of my kids' elementary graduation and I would not trust anyone else! They provide the best experience and most accommodating service, making sure the kids and the parents have the best and most memorable experience! I trust Eric and his team 1,000%! Eric, is friendly, understanding, and super helpful! Jervy, the Assistant, will keep you on track, design a custom layout for your pictures, and super patient!! Ray, the person they sent to run the photo booth, is AMAZING! I'm so glad Phonix sent Ray back again this year! Ray knows what he's doing, efficient, friendly, FUNNY, and oh so welcoming to the kids and parents! He brings such a positive and energetic vibe to the party! I look forward to seeing Ray again at more of our graduations in the year future! THANK YOU PHONIX!
