I love their pizzas but the staff is completely indifferent to their guests. We do pick up from the Hopping Gnome and I never feel like they care. We also always ask to have the pizza cut. It’s a required question on the order form and yet we’ve never gotten it cut. I asked for napkins and plastic ware tonight. Literally got 2 napkins and was told they have no plastic ware. I don’t know how much business the Gnome clientele gives them but you would think it would be enough for utensils. But maybe not. I think tonight is probably the last time we plan on ordering a pizza here. We will stop at Picassos and pick up a couple of slices to go. Very disappointed. My husband asked for a refund because of the lack of service and rudeness. No one in the store can authorize that so now we wait…. Btw the order system told me 15 minutes for order. I went over to the restaurant and was told it would be 10 minutes more so I went back. I was told at that time they had napkins and utensils. Hum??

We had an excellent meal at Piatto Neapolitan Pizzeria. The Garlic Cheese Bread and pizza dough were absolutely outstanding, with perfect flavor and texture. We enjoyed the Caesar Salad, Trio De Carne, and a seasonal Pumpkin Pizza Pie, along with local brews and a Sprite. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable, and every dish was made with care. A spot worth visiting often for anyone who loves great pizza and fresh, high-quality food.

Absolutely fantastic pizza. I love the flavor of smoked prosciutto so I ordered the Rucola the last time i went. Devoured it in minutes. I've never had a bad pizza here. The service is fantastic. The servers are super friendly and always seem to refill the water at the perfect time. The venue itself is beautiful. Classy and cool inside and outdoor seating in the front and back if that's your thing. I was initially afraid the servers would forget us as we sat outside but nope, they were perfect all evening. The price is a bit steep but you absolutely get what you pay for. 5/5 and I'll definitely be back.

Pizza here is fantastic! I lived in Pisa, Italy for 3 years and missed the pizza there. This is as close as I can get! Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. We also ordered the tiramisu and my family raved. We agreed it was the best tiramisu we’ve had. I’m glad Wichita has a place like this. When I went in to grab my order, staff was friendly and restaurant was nice and modern.

Piatto Neapolitan Pizzeria has recently become the talk of the town, and for good reason! The atmosphere is absolutely delightful, and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The standout feature is their unique and original Italian wood-fired oven, which truly showcases their passion for crafting delicious pizza. We had the Holy Kale and Diavola pizzas, along with a side of garlic cheese bread. Everything was incredibly delicious and tasted authentically Italian. The crust had the perfect crunch, and the cheese was wonderfully balanced. They also offer an impressive selection of beer and wine. Don’t miss their happy hour from 4-6 pm, Sunday through Thursday.
