JB is the best! Knowledgable in both hardware and backend/innerworking of networks. We had a power failure cause our network to become impossible to use (VOIP phones had to be rebooted constantly, credit card readers offiline, wifi only). JB worked with us to diagnose and troubleshoot to track down a rogue DNS running off an old wifi router that was still on the network and started causing all the problems, replaced that device, and we were instantly back up and running!

I was in search of a professional computer repair service as my business laptop unexpectedly stopped functioning properly. It was 7 am and my search yielded very few results of related businesses open prior to 10 am. Piedmont Technical Experts was the only one to answer the phone minutes after 8 am and they were able to take my laptop that same morning. Their office is conveniently located on Elm St, downtown Greensboro, and there was plenty of parking available. Jonathan greeted me, took down my information and kept me informed of his progress. I got my laptop back the very next morning, and Jonathan even assisted me with quotes for new equipment. I also plan on using their annual protection service! I was impressed by their reasonable prices, professionalism and reliability. I will definitely use them for all my computer related needs.
