Store Manager, Justin is top notch! When we were first considering a pedal kayak, Justin took his time and explained various options to us. Identifying the pro’s and con’s of the various manufacturers and models (some of which the store did not even carry!). Extremely open and he never wavered from his bottom line objective of customer satisfaction. His expertise and love of the activity was ever present. He even took a phone/video call when we found a used one for sale. It needed some work. After we purchased, he did an AMAZING job on the repair done with skill and unmatched attention to detail. Thank you, Justin. You are truly the best!
They have so many wonderful options, and the staff is so friendly and helpful! The simple fact that they will help load up the canoes or kayaks or paddle boards for your vehicle is simply amazing. Can't sing their praises enough!
The staff is super helpful. My wife came in with a few questions about securing her kayak to her vehicle. The gentleman who helped her was very knowledgeable. He went out of his way and showed her everything she needed to do. She had a very pleasant experience.
Awesome experience! We rented two paddleboards, and the rental included everything we needed, life vests, paddles and even the ratchet straps to secure them to our vehicle. Very friendly and helpful, they even helped load and secure everything for us! I will definitely be back to rent them again! We took the paddle boards to the Rampart Range Reservoir near Woodland Park.
