I’ve done 20+ classes here since deciding to focus on my mind and body, and I’m so glad I started. I usually come twice a week, and the schedule fits perfectly with my full-time 9to5 office-girlie life. My initial goal was to build strength and fix my posture since I sit at a computer all day, and I can already feel the difference I’ve taken classes with Klaudia, Jenny, Yvett, and Chloe. They’re all amazing teachers. 💖🌸✨ I usually join the small group classes, which I love because the instructors can really focus on each person and help with form. I feel stronger and able to do more challenging movements than before. If you're looking for a cozy private studio with super knowledgeable instructors who genuinely care about their students, I 100% recommend this place :)
I’ve been going to this studio since March 2025, starting with an intro offer. I began with private sessions with Klaudia, who is incredibly detail-oriented, from breath work to the subtle movement of each body part. She takes time to explain every exercise, how it should feel, and how to adjust based on your body’s needs, abilities, and any past injuries. After completing my private sessions, I transitioned into group classes and I absolutely LOVE them! The small class sizes (usually 3–4 people) create such a supportive and personalized environment. Each student really gets individual attention, which makes such a difference. I’ve now taken group classes with Klaudia, Jenny, and Chloe, and every session has been consistently amazing. These instructors pay attention to the small details that truly transform your movements. I’ve noticed so much improvement in my strength, posture, and overall body awareness. I’ve never been someone who could stick with workout classes for long, but this studio has completely changed that for me. I actually look forward to showing up each week, and I truly believe the studio and instructors make all the difference. I would highly recommend this studio for anyone who would like to give pilates a try in a warm, professional and encouraging space!
