HOW LUCKY ARE WE?! I studied abroad in Florence and I would go to Pino’s Sandwiches on Mondays after class. I loved it so much and Pino himself is a complete delight. These are some of the best sandwiches I’ve had in my life - handcrafted by the legend himself! Last year for the 10 year anniversary of my study abroad trip, some friends and I returned to Florence, and Pino and his family could not have been kinder welcoming us back - and the sandwiches couldn’t have been more delicious and took me right back to the deep Firenze nostalgia ❤️ When I saw a Pino’s location had opened a mere 10 minutes from me, I literally SCREAMED!! 😭 I am so happy for this family owned business in Italy that they have been able to open a franchise location in Los Angeles! Not only is this a small business worthy of your support but these are sandwiches that will fill your soul and leave you feeling light, not weighed down, with high quality ingredients. I could not recommend this place enough - SUPPORT as much as you can!! They are so very deserving and the sandwiches live up to the hype 🫶

My friend and I adored this restaurant. You walk in and have a nice chat with the sandwich makers. They may offer you cheese and meat samples as well as product recommendations. My friend and I got a couple of different sandwiches to try, and they’re so large that we split each of them so we could try more. We were very impressed with each of them. There’s also a wonderful case of imported Italian drinks to peruse that pair well with your meal. It’s been a few weeks since my visit but I am already thinking of going back and trying different things from the menu. What a wonderful addition to the neighborhood.

If you want a real authentic Italian sandwich that tastes exactly like the ones in Italy then this is the place to go. I ordered the XO with extra sauce and both of the sauce options and it was absolutely delicious. It’s perfect if you are very hungry, but if you are not that hungry, you can always order one to share. I will definitely come back to service the food quality, the freshness and authenticity of southern Italy and Sicily was spot on.

I visited on a Monday at 11 am so it wasn't busy at all. Thankfully, this gave me the opportunity to basically try all their meats before ordering and ask questions about their company's history. I skipped breakfast to make room for their XO sandwich, which was really filling and totally worth the $20! I'll be telling my friends about this place for sure! Thanks Pino's staff for being so welcoming! ❤️

It’s a focaccia style bread so that already wins. Wait it’s fresh, warm, and toasted? Why not? Wait… there’s also a parking lot in back… in LOS FELIZ? Win. These are pretty big sandos, so while the price is up there you do get a good amount. Process is simple you step up to the line place your order, they make it, put it through panini press, and you’re in flavorville. I’ve had a couple different sandwiches. So far, the salami one was the best followed by bresola. The Best was good, but didn’t stack up compared to the bresola. I would also recommend trying their Italian coke. It reminds me of the best version of RC Cola. The interior does feature a couple of tables and there are a couple more in the patio area up front.
