Jared, owner of Pioneer Electric Company (NOT the heating and cooling company — that is a different company altogether), is just simply THE BEST ELECTRICIAN we have found. Our roofers caused an electrical surge in our home that ruined most of our major appliances, fried the transformer in our HVAC, and destroyed our security system. Our neighbor recommended Pioneer Electric Company (we didn't know Jared at the time). We called in a panic, and he came out first thing the very next day to do an assessment. He spoke to us as equals. He actually showed up on time (unlike others)! He made suggestions to improve our existing electrical system to make sure this kind of thing doesn't happen again, but there was never a hard sell. Ever. He is articulate, smart, honest, trustworthy, and really knows his stuff. Not only that, but he went out of his way to help us find additional, specialized testing to ensure the integrity of the wiring behind the walls is now and remains stable, to give us peace of mind for the years ahead. This is our home we are talking about. It's only second to our children in order of importance, and finding the right professionals here in Nashville that we know we can trust in the 30 years we have been here has been no easy task. We trust Jared implicitly with our home, now. My husband and I are so grateful to him for holding our hands through this whole mess. He truly cares about his customers, his work ethic is admirable, and he's passionate about what he does. We will be calling on him in the future for all of our electrical needs, for sure.

Jared and his crew do GREAT work. They’re clean, neat, professional, kind, knowledgeable, and look for ways to go above-and-beyond. After having them around for a week or two for a big job, I’ve considered finding another excuse to have them back, because they’re nice to have around and talk with! After finishing a big job with them, I can honestly say: I wouldn’t trust my home’s electrical to anyone else.
