They had Colin come out quickly during the recent rains, found the leak right away, and fixed it on the spot. He was able to get on the roof while we had a brief break in the showers and my home is ready for the rest of our usual winter rains. We are so grateful for Spencer and the team at Pioneer Roofing Company. As new homeowners, we were shocked when our insurance company sent us a notice threatening to cancel our policy unless we replaced our roof within a month. We immediately called Pioneer Roofing, and Spencer came out quickly to inspect our roof. He found that it still had several years of life left, and he provided us with a detailed written report. We sent this report to our insurer, and they reinstated our policy without requiring a replacement. To our surprise, Spencer offered this service completely free of charge. This kind of honesty, professionalism, and community-minded service is rare. Spencer truly went above and beyond to help us during a stressful situation. He took extra time with me to answer all my questions which was of great comfort as I’m a first time homeowner and this is my first time replacing a roof.
