This Planet Fitness is usually clean and well maintained, and it’s one of my favorite locations. However, I have a major issue with the placement of the StairMasters. They are positioned with your back facing the weights area, which 9/10 times is occupied only by men. As a woman, this makes me extremely uncomfortable, and I’ve caught men staring countless times while using them. I rely on the StairMaster, so this alone may cause me to switch gyms, which is disappointing because I otherwise really like this location. The placement of the StairMaster is also strange considering all of the other cardio equipment is upstairs…I hope this is something that could be resolved
All I did was ask “can I please buy a lock?”. She was looking at her phone. Then proceeded to talk to 2 other people while I was standing there waiting. Then when I asked if she could open it, bc a super nice worker did a time before. She threw scissors in front of me on the counter. Never spoke to me once. Definitely not how I enjoy being treated.
Excellent facilities and the cleaning staff works very hard in keeping the bathroom and shower areas so well maintained. The Front Desk staff is well trained. But they are rude with customers.Especially if they have to explain or assist with certain things like the new parking system. They will tell you know in their own way that you are bothering them if you ask more than one question.
This is perfectly fine planet fitness, however as I am visiting today the front seat is overwhelmingly busy making comment and judgement. FaceTiming with boyfriend. Not sure if the judgement free zone is applicable. This distractive behavior is something else, also making comment about your guests too. Furthermore she wouldn’t stop making comments with its a privacy concerns too. Furthermore not sure if she’s racist of or low self esteem threatening comment were heard. As of 9:17 am march-24-2025. Understandably they needed their voices to be heard however it’s distracting.
Restrooms are always dirty and there is also not enough paper to clean the machines. The temperature is EXTREMELY high: 75 degrees!!! I always have to remember the personal there’s not enough soap, paper, etc. Employees are spending time at the changing rooms with their phone. So unprofessional. Also, I have been receiving emails from their accounts saying there was a problem with my payment (which was not true).
