I’ve been having a gym membership for years so I decided to cancel it due to disability issues. I went in and spoke with the female manager with the glasses and curly hair and she told me I needed to go to the bank to get a bank statement. I went to the bank. They told me that the gym already has it because that’s what they needed in order to sign up in the first place . So I went back to the gym and the girl Proceeded to cancel even after the manager made me go back to the bank. She was extremely rude and had an attitude the whole time. it felt like she didn’t wanna help me thanks to her. I will never be returning to planet fitness shes very unprofessional & should not have manager roll.
This is my favorite gym in the area! I drive 15 min more than the closest PF next to me just to come to this location. The staff is super friendly, always greeting me. They just got all new equipment throughout the whole gym and even the restrooms look wayyy better. Definitely recommend checking them out. Massage chairs are amazing too!.
This location is annoying. I had to pay an annual fee and a monthly fee for October and everytime I come to the gym to shower the cleaning lady IS ALWAYS cleaning the womens side, for what I am paying, I should have access immediately for the services, or the cleaning lady needs to be more efficient or quicker with her cleaning routine. It's become a problem!!! Soon as my membership is done, I WILL NOT RENEW WITH THIS GYM!!!
gym is decent and great workers always been friendly. but literally so many machines are out of order and have been like this for weeks… water faucet is out of order. 3-4 machines are out of order as soon as you walk in. some seats are ripped and uncomfortable sitting down and equipment is not maintenanced. seems like no one from headquarters is paying attention to this location because other locations don’t have this problem at all. walked in and literally thought it was a yard sale based on all the machines just not being used because it’s out of order.. restrooms are literally unusable and can’t work out based on how bad shape the machines are if someone from upper management sees this, please pay attention to this location.. great workers and great environment now it’s your part to help them out by providing adequate equipment to help this location be great.
The staff are always nice and helpful. The gym is usually clean. The restrooms are sometimes dirty but the staff do eventually get around to it. The environment is always nice.
