the night staff is very rude. They don’t help properly and talk with attitude. I asked a few simple questions and was treated badly. It makes the gym feel uncomfortable at night. I hope management does something about it. Everyone should be treated with respect, no matter the time
Terrible experience. The staff here are rude and unprofessional. One employee named Mohammed was especially disrespectful and dismissive over a simple question. Zero customer service skills. The gym is also constantly packed, making it frustrating to get any workout done. Definitely not worth the membership. Avoid this location.
Overall decent gym for the price you pay! Definitely don't go during peak hours as it's rather small and can be very busy! Early in the morning, you'll have no problem. Good variety of equipment and multiple machines. Staff are welcoming. Lots of parking. App is easy to use.
In general the facilities are great, staff are friendly and helpful. The gym goers, not so great. You're there to workout, or scroll through your phone while occupying the machines? Do your work or go home. And rack the weights when you're done. It doesn't cause brain damage, honest!
Its very frustrating I can't cancel my membership online or over the phone. I haven't been to this gym for 6 months and now I am getting extra charges for no reason. I will have to drive from Hamilton to this location just to cancel my membership. Should be way easier to cancel a membership but I assume it is set up this way to prevent people from cancelling. Only other option is to write a letter? Its 2025 just have an option to cancel on your app/website. I will be getting the unknown charges refunded from either planet fitness or my bank. I have the planet fitness black card membership and for some reason I've been charged almost $90 in the past couple weeks. I would appreciate another option to get this resolved but I assume I will just have to drive to this location and cancel in person. I would gladly provide any information needed to cancel by phone or email. If you require a signature a can easily provide that through an email
