This was is an absolutely awesome store. I'm from Ohio and I was visiting my Aunt. On the way home I saw this store and stopped in. I was very happy I did. The Plant Shop Chicago has beautiful plants at very reasonable prices compared to where I live. I left with two new plants. The sales lady carefully packed them in bags for the long ride home. I'm coming back in March and plan to bing home another new addition then.

This place is legit. You could actually become a successful plant person by way of this shop. They truly set you up to easily keep your plants alive and thriving by selling healthy plants, a massive variety, and excellent support products. They'll even pot your new plant for you! The pricing is very fair. The staff is helpful, not pushy- just informative and happy to help. Great gift idea, too!

I have been taking my plant babies here for over a year now and the staff is always phenomenal with providing upkeep knowledge and repotting them into their ideal conditions. Most recently we brought a Venus Fly Trap (we call him Carl) to them and they were excellent at showing us what Carl needs to thrive and now he is! We have also bought beautiful plants and vessels from them. One of the best stores in Chicago when it comes to selections and service.

Always a great experience. I've purchased a ZZ plant, prayer plant, spider plant, air plant and aloe from this shop and I'm always so happy with my purchases! They take care of each plant the way they should be cared for! The staff is always super kind, helpful and knowledgeable on their inventory. Real plant people! You can't go in the store right now (which is a total bummer but understandable) so they offer curbside pickup. That being said, their website is very user friendly and makes everything as easy as possible. I can't wait to be able to go inside again!!
