I had an absolutely exceptional experience with Ayah, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Ayah is super meticulous and attentive. She adjusted settings for my comfort level thoughtfully, and clearly understood both the technical and human sides of laser treatment. She has a calming presence that immediately puts you at ease, and her attention to detail truly sets her apart. The experience felt tailored rather than transactional. Ayah carries the experience. She brings refinement, intelligence, and intention to her work. Ayah is a true ASSET to the spa, and I will absolutely be returning specifically because of her and I will be requesting her exclusively going forward.
I’ve been a client since he took over for Dr. Woods and have had great experiences. I mainly see him for Xeomin and have always been happy with my results. I did try another provider once, but I came back because I prefer his approach and consistency. He’s knowledgeable and delivers natural-looking results. Solid experience every time.
Enas is absolutely incredible. Went in for my first time for lip injections. When asked if I'm allergic to bees or wasps I said I don't know because I've never been stung before, she explained why she needs to know and did a patch test. I did have a little sensitivity to it but before she went ahead she did another test somewhere else on my body and sat there with me constantly checking and asking how I am. After she decided I was safe to go ahead she did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable and happy with my results. I will definitely be returning and referring all my friends. Thank you Enas!!
Absolutely loved my experience at Platinum Medical Spa! The team is so welcoming and truly cares about their clients. Everything felt clean, safe, and luxurious. I’m thrilled with my results and can’t wait for my next visit!
I went for the Hollywood peel, and the technician Hannah was awesome. She was very polite and friendly. My issue is That for the money I spent was not worth it whatsoever! A charcoal mask put on my face should’ve been on longer than one minute, and I didn’t think In-N-Out in 15 minutes was enough to even do anything. There is no glow after the appointment. I still haven’t seen anything. There’s no effects and it’s been a couple days so I do not recommend this place for anything definitely not worth the money spent.
