This place on a Tuesday was almost empty. Perfect spot for my children to jump around. Love that is always clean and the music was great while having some "mom time". My kids love that they change things around. They have snacks, sweet drinks, coffee and icecream for sale and a cotton candy machine.

This review is for an 11-month old. I was excited to take my daughter here since there is a baby play area. However, the experience was pretty disappointing. The baby area is basically a corner of the facility that looks like a day care. Just an area with carpet and standard baby toys. But the most disappointing part was that there were constantly older kids in the area (like 4-7 years old), despite it being for babies 18 months and under. I had to stay on guard all the time to make sure my baby didn’t get trampled by older kids. At one point I told the staff when there was a group of 5 kids wreaking havoc who were unaccompanied by an adult, and they asked the kids to leave. But it was very frustrating that it was on me to enforce the rules. During the ~2 hours I was there, no one came into the baby area to enforce rules or tidy up. In fact, one staff member peaked in, saw a bunch of older kids playing, and did nothing. To be fair, the kids and parents in the baby area may not have even known that they were violating rules since the signage is super poor, and it doesn’t seem like the staff offer any orientation when people arrive. I will say that my daughter still had lots of fun, and that paying only $10 (baby price) made the experience not completely infuriating. But I was expecting more from a place that has such high reviews.

My Daughter loves this place. The place is clean and well looked after. An excellent alternative to most public parks. The prices are decent, we went with the membership and we have used it to the fullest. They have a small snack bar with coffee, water, Gatorade, chips, popsicles, and they have a really cool cotton candy machine that makes different designs. The only time is has been "crowded" was on a saturday when a birthday was going on. Outside of that there was maybe a dozen kiddos running around. The employees are very attentive and quick to help out. Random note, there is a tesla supercharging station in the complex. Don't forget your grippy socks!

Just had my daughter’s 3rd birthday party there and the staff were so sweet! The girls continuously made sure we were okay or needed any help. The young man who was there for clean up was also very sweet, all we had to do was take home what we wanted and he took care of the rest! I will say last time we were there they had a section for smaller babies and now they’ve put in some other stuff in that area. NOT A BAD THING but something to note if you have smaller babies. But overall my daughter and friends had an amazing time and the staff made us feel very welcomed! We will be back for my oldest birthday party 🥳 I also want to add that the popsicles are so good and those yellow and red slides in the play area are crazy! But crazy good! My daughters loved them 😂
