Staff was friendly and patient. Perfect for toddlers with daylight savings time making everything dark so early. I still need a place to wear out little people before bed time. This is the perfect solution. I got the month long pass. The place is clean. They sell drinks and snacks. And it doesn't matter I'd it is raining. Best playground in the area.
I came Saturday, not to busy kids had a blast. Very clean and employees are right to vacuum or clean up. They are friendly ready to answer any question about the business. Will definitely look into membership for my kiddos.
We had an absolute blast at Play Time! The space is spotless, the staff is warm and attentive, and it’s massive — plenty of room for kids to run, climb and explore without ever getting bored. They’ve thoughtfully created separate areas for infants, toddlers and big kids, so everyone has something age-appropriate to enjoy. One of the best parts? It felt safe — no open exits or tricky sight lines like some other indoor spots. This place is a gem in North County San Diego, and we’re so glad we found it. Bonus: there’s tons of space for hosting parties and events!
Our toddler and infant loves Play City. It’s big inside with many things for the little ones to play with including ball pit, jumper, slides, food toys and many more. They have a dedicated infant and toddler areas. Very clean and staffs are nice. They allow outside food and drinks.
Best soft launch!! Not a lot of people know here due to it being a soft launch. I can only imagine how busy this place will be! The staff was easy to spot. Answered any questions I had. Sadly, there was a little boy that was lost, however, with staff acting quickly, they were able to find parents. My kids are 5 & 7 years old and they had so much fun (Myself and other parents had fun too!) Nice facility and great parking! We will definitely be coming back!
