Gisell was incredible! She was so patient with my anxious pup, Marcie, sent me daily photo updates, and checked in with me any time she needed permission or clarity. Marcie even made a friend (this was a miracle considering she’s typically very anxious and reactive, but Gisell took many careful measures to introduce the dogs and monitored the situation to ensure everyone’s safety)! This is one of the first times where I wasn’t overly anxious boarding Marcie somewhere because I knew she was in great hands and because of Gisell’s stellar communication. Would highly recommend her to any other owners in RVA and we will definitely be booking with Playful Paws again!

Bruno just started attending day care last week and Gisell is amazing. She sends pictures throughout the day reassuring me Bruno is having so much fun and being well taken care of.☺️ He gets so excited every time he is getting dropped off. She is also very flexible with drop off and pick up time.
