Our family has used Playtime Pet Sitters for several years. The staff is amazing and they always post pictures along with a summary of each visit on our customer portal so we can see our cat Panther is being loved and cared for every time we are away.

I can’t thank you all enough. My cat became very ill while I was out of town. PlayTime tried to contact me, but my phone was out of service. They did not let that stop them. They immediately got her to the ER. The attending vet said they probably saved her life. Apparently she had diabetes and I had not noticed the changes in her habits. Rufus (siamese cat) and I are so grateful!

This was our first time using Play Time and we were extremely pleased and blown away with them. We Megan a few days before the pet sitting and she was great. For the pet sitting she brought another pet sitter to introduce to our boys and even though I haven't met her yet, Lilla seems very nice by text. They took great care of our boys; took photos to share, and even brought in our mail. We greatly appreciated that. Not that I want to leave my boys alone anytime soon, but I know they will be well taken care of when I do.
