Working with Chef Shinia is always a pleasure. Her food is VERY delicious and the presentation is always beautiful. Some of my favorites are her wings, pasta, and Alfredo eggrolls! But anything you have in mind she will execute☺️ She’s my go to chef I will never use anyone else✨ I love Plentipastasplusmore. #California #Bayarea

Plenti Pasta and More is amazing! Their customer service is top notch, and I’ve enjoyed them several times at different events and pop-ups in the metro Detroit area. The food presentation and taste are always on point. My favorite dish has to be the Henny Wings, absolutely delicious!

The Cajuan Shrimp Pasta was creamy and not to mushy. It was also seasoned very well. It had just the right amount of Parmesan cheese on it to compliment the dish. I would have wanted just a tad more broccoli. The dish came with a can soda/tea and a small roll; the cost was almost $20. More only CON is the serving size. For the price I expected a lot more for the price. The quality was good but the quantity was lacking. But the quality deserves a 4 out of 5 stars for this BLACKOWNED food truck. Very good job and deserves the support of the community. My only request is a schedule when & where the food truck will be posted on their FB & Instagram pages weekly.

Hey, I just want to say the food is phenomenal. I’ve tried the chicken alfredo eggs rolls, fries and most importantly the shrimp pasta! The eggs rolls had a nice crunch and good cheese pull would definitely order more than one. The shrimp pasta was honestly my favorite every bite made my mouth water! Will be returning soon to try more items!!!!

I booked Plenti Pastas Plus More for my 60th birthday celebration and I must say, I was impressed. Shinia and her team did an outstanding job. The food was delicious and the charcuterie board was just amazing. They added a special touch which made it even more wonderful for my party. I would definitely hire Plenti Pastas Plus More again and I want to thank Shinia for making my birthday celebration a memorable one!!
