Jese From Plumb Crazy was great. We were notified he was on his way and even arrived earlier than promised. Took a look at the two things we needed done and got to work on one and quoted us up for the other job. Quick and courteous and kept us updated on the work as he was going.
I've used Plumb Crazy 3 different times for different jobs. Service is outstanding and pricing is very fair. I highly recommend them. A+++++++
Made appointment to my schedule, showed up on time, gave a quick accurate estimate, got the job done, cleaned up great. All I had to do was pay up! Plumbing services like everything else has gone way up in price due to business overhead, employee retention, etc.
I can no longer recommend Plumb Crazy to my family and friends. After years of using them and referrals, I am going to have to find another plumber. We had a clog in our main line. We had them out and the tech lied to us. He ran his snake in the line, told me he didn't hit anything but he got some resistance at the end ("it wasn't the clog though"), and then he checked the city sewer main and it was bone dry so it had to be something on the cities side. Which made ZERO sense to me because if the city manhole is dry, there's no water coming from my house and if there was a clog in the city line, the manhole would be full of water. So he told me to call the city and have them come fix it and if it was on our side, he was going to prepare an estimate for some additional work and charges. He made me pay him before he left on the initial visit. The city came out within 30 minutes and of course the clog is on our side, some roots and toilet paper were clogging the line. I feel like they just did this so they could charge us with some camera line service and he didn't even run his snake to the end of the line. I will not use or recommend Plumb Crazy again.
Jesse was great to work with. He did a great job fixing up a fairly strange washer setup and fixed an issue with the toilet that happened the day he was here. Prices were more than fair. Happy to use Plumb Crazy in the future.
