Alex has pulled through and my boiler issues are totally sorted. Expansion vessels replaced, fan and mechanical issues sorted, and yearly maintenance done. Solid guy, solid service. Recommend!
Came home from on holiday on 03/01/26 to the boiler not working - not heating or hot water - on one the coldest days of the winter. Was calling round desperately to find emergency plumber at 8pm on a Saturday. Despite calling multiple plumbers, none could come until the Monday...Then there was Alex! He came round on that Saturday night, found the problem and made a plan to replace the broken part. He was AMAZING! He was upfront about costs, timings, issues and part sourcing. Within 72 hours (part sourcing and error code issues that, were unrelated to Alex, were an issue) We had our boiler back working. Very grateful to Alex, who was so in demand and worked like trooper, would 100% recommend him
Can’t recommend highly enough! Alex arrived quickly and fixed our leaking water heater in a jiffy. He gave some great, honest advice and charged exactly what he said he would (a very good price). Efficient and friendly - will definitely be saving his number for future plumbing crises.
We were quite disappointed in the end with Alex. He came round 3 times regarding an underfloor issue. Wasn’t able to sort the problem the first time (we were charged £150), came round again and said it was a pump issue (we were charged £75), then came round for the third time as the heating was still not fixed. We were charged another £150 and we were told that the problem was completely unfixable. I don’t see why we couldn’t have been told that initially. Alex was very nice- but the problem was not fixed and we were charged over £375 (and never sent any follow up steps to help out). He also always seemed like he was in a rush and we never got his full attention- or effort, which was a shame.
Alex came out to us in an emergency plumbing situation within half an hour. As well as being speedy, he was unbelievably professional, good-humoured and knowledgable - and well priced. Would use him again in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Excellent service! Thank you Alex :)
