Tim and Cindy took care of repairing a TV for my family after half if the screen went dark suddenly. Turned out to be a bad light strip. They repaired it quickly and were even nice enough to hang on to it for an extra week as my husband and I were out of town for the holidays. The pricing was incredibly fair and I'm so glad we didn't have to get a new TV. I would recommend PNCR to anyone who needs tv repair!
My husband found this company online when our 70 inch tv picture went out! Cindy and Tim were awesome! Tim diagnosed my tv in one day and had it fixed the next! I would definitely recommend!
We were super pleased with how these folks helped us! We have a 72" curved Samsung Smart TV that's only about 5 years old and it just quit working one day! It was NOT a cheap TV. We paid over $700 for it. We paid $25 for a "diagnostic" which ended up being a burned out mother board. We had it repaired for $250-ish (my husband had the bill). This was a no-brainer for this TV. We were really glad we found this place!
PNCR was thankfully near me and I read reviews. Many positive reviews I can now agree with. I had LED backlights burn out on 65” screen. . I called PNCR for help. Cindy promptly returned my call; asked model, SN and a picture of my problem. Given quote over the phone. We were in communication between my availability of drop off and availability of parts. I was told they would make repairs, evaluate them and then be in contact. We were grateful for Tim’s handling of TV from and return to our car. The personal contact and accuracy of over phone repair quote stands out. Repair and return were made in a reasonable amount of time. I would return and recommend PNCR. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They are wonderful! From the first phone call asking about how it works to the owner himself safely putting my repaired TV in the back of my suv for safe travels, they were AWESOME! It is a husband and wife team that look out for you and your budget while being very upfront and knowledgeable about everything! I enjoyed my conversations with them and the work done saved me from purchasing another TV. Great work and people! I highly recommend!
