I boarded my senior dog for the very first time with Chuck just a couple weeks ago while I was out of the country on vacation for 5 days. My dog has high separation anxiety and has never gone more than 24hrs without me. Chuck did so well with my dog and made him feel so comfortable and confident while I was away. When I returned my dog was very happy and had a lot of energy! Chuck is so in tune with animals and pays special attention and care to the needs of the animals in his care. I will definitely be using his services in the future and feel so happy to have found Pooch Patrol!

Aizu LOVES staying at Chuck's! From the moment I pull up to their home, I can see Aizu's excitement and him wanting to jump out immediately. He is a super senior and has been slowing down the past year. But Chuck and his family go above and beyond to ensure that Aizu is well cared for and completely spoiled. I couldn't ask for more for my sweet furbaby. Thank you Pooch Patrol!!!

I had to leave the state on a semi-urgent trip. I spent weeks looking for a boarder that could care for my senior dog with pretty bad anxiety and some incontinence due to kidney issues. I looked at the big commercial boarding places around town, vets offices, and tried the pet-sitting apps. Nothing seemed like a good fit. He'd either have to be in with dozens of young dogs in open play that would probably give him a stroke, or he'd be cooped up in a cage alone. No one I talked to on the apps would consider him with the incontinence issues. Enter Chuck. My dog's issues were not a concern to him. We had a meet and greet and I was surprised how quickly my pup warmed up to him and explored his backyard and house (I'm definitely one of those people who trusts my dog's opinion of people, and he doesn't normally feel at ease that fast around most people). Chuck has a very calm energy, and talking to him it's clear he knows his way around animals, and senior needs as well. His house is customized to maximize safety and comfort for the animals in his care. While I was away I got daily updates and photos of my boy to see how he was doing, which was a great comfort. He kept me up to date on how many other dogs would be staying at the same time (which seems to be typically no more than a handful at a time, and he has separation strategies should they not get along). Pick up was a breeze; Chuck was very flexible with drop off and pick up times. I couldn't have asked for better care for my dog, and I was so pleased that he was willing to work my dog's quirks. I'll be recommending him to all my friends and absolutely will utilize his services next time I have to travel. Thank you, Chuck!

Our Winston always has a great stay with the Pooch Patrol family. He always enjoys himself there with the human family and fur friends. They give him lots of play time, a few walks a day, keep him safe and also provide training that my young pooch needs. They check in each day we are gone and provide updates and photos to ease our day about our little furball. We always feel comfortable when we leave Winston with them and are very fortunate to have found Pooch Patrol. Thank you so much.
