Even on busy, snowy mornings, they maintain a positive attitude and make sure every car leaves looking spotless.They care about customer satisfaction. Absolutely shocking service! My car was scratched during their wash, and the supervisor flat-out denied any responsibility. After a year of loyalty, I’m appalled—my friend’s identical car suffered the same damage. Avoid this place at all costs!
I recently visited this location for their free car wash offer, which is a good idea to attract new customers. Since I just bought my car, I was exploring nearby options for a monthly membership and decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. After the wash, I noticed that my fog lamp cover had been broken during the process, and none of the staff pointed it out. Thankfully, I realized it myself and returned right away. Luckily, they had the cover on hand, but this is something that should never have been overlooked in the first place. On top of that, I also noticed a few scratches on the body of my car after the wash. For a place that’s trying to win customers with a membership model, I was expecting a much higher level of care and attention to detail. While the option of free vacuuming is nice, the overall service quality left me very disappointed. I had hoped for a much better experience and now feel hesitant about trusting them with my vehicle again.
This was my second visit here. During my first wash, my car ended up with scratches on the new paint, which left me hesitant to return. After reading some positive reviews, I decided to give it another chance a couple of months later. Unfortunately, my car came out with multiple scratches again on one side. I find this very disappointing and will not be returning. For those who value their vehicle’s paint, I would recommend choosing another car wash or use self wash.
