I will be coming back this small family business has the best prices on furniture they beat everyone’s prices all around Portland they work multiple manufacturers they can get anything and other store in Portland has the 4 to 6 week wait is worth it I’ve gone to every furniture store in Portland and they also have 4 to 6 week waits for crazy expensive prices. Taking floor model options are not worth it do you know how many ppl sit on the furniture all around Portland. Only Portland Furniture&mattress has provided me with the best great quality furniture from Ashley and better prices than Ashley I will never shop anywhere again but Portland Furniture&mattress Jackie and Angel the best to work with they are so knowledgeable on the product and make the experience worth it Everyone must definitely give them a chance and I do recommend you have photos, measurements and ideas of what you’re looking for. I furnished my whole house with Portland Furniture&mattress

I found the couch on Facebook marketplace. Contacted them on there, and next day went to their location to look at their couches. I chose the two sectional sleeper couch in dark grey. The selling experience was very good, the ladies helping me were kind. They let me buy the couch through Snap, which I paid off immediately once I got my delivery. They told me delivery would take 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks pass and I contact them because my order hasn’t come. They told me it would be another two weeks. Because my order was late, they gave me delivery for free and I just had to pay for the take-away of my old couch. After those two weeks I was contacted to set up a delivery date which was another 11 days later. My couch came and the delivery drivers were kind and set up was quick, there was almost an issue with nobody telling the drivers they had to take my old couch. But I showed them proof I paid for it all so they took the old couch. I felt bad for the drivers it seemed like they don’t get fair communication from whoever hired them. I’m very satisfied with my couch though. It’s comfortable, very big, very soft. All together I paid almost $1500 for the couch and u haul away of old couch. The couch is one I’ve been looking for for over a year couldn’t find anything like it on amazon or Temu and only found them for even more expensive than here for a dupe. The couch comes with outlets, storage, a pull out chaise, cup holders, Velcro pillows, super soft material, and 6 small pillows. It’s my dream couch so even though the wait was long thank Portland furniture for supplying my dream couch!
