The customer service was outstanding. The catering team was responsive, friendly, and flexible with our requests. They made sure everything was perfect for our event, and the food received so many compliments from our guests.

Our company uses Potluck for our company staff meals, we get a rotating daily menu. At first it was great but quality has declined, food is bland, watery, portions smaller, rice is hard and dry. I overheard the delivery driver mention he will bring back any leftovers from our office for their catering and office staff to consume as their staff meal, I thought that was weird because the food would have been sitting out for more than 4 hours. This also explains why there would be full trays left in the warmers intentionally so they can save money by bringing back leftovers. I really hope this is not true, hopefully, the potluck staff is aware that they are eating leftovers and do so by choice. I hope our company would look at other caterers for variety because the quality is not good at potluck..

We chose Potluck because of the social impact and we so happy that the food was delicious, beautiful, and the service was great. Our event was for 100 people with a mixer for 150. Many people commented on how amazing the bar tenders were and the sandwiches were perfect. Our event had a lot of challenges - changes of plans, unexpected hiccups. However, Potluck were incredibly generous and accommodating when things needed to change. You can't have a good event without good food. Thank you for making our event a success!

We had Potluck cater a 70 person event and I've had so many compliments from attendees of how delicious it was and thanked us for feeding them well - credit goes to Potluck! Their menu indicates clearly which items are suitable for common dietary requirements and was able to accommodate any special ones we requested. Camille who coordinated our order and rentals, had top notch customer service. She went out of her way to get oat milk on the day of our event. Because of our diverse dietary requirements, we sampled many items on their menu and it was all very tasty. Good food, good customer services, good experience and reasonable prices, what else could I ask for?

We ordered online 3 different bowls: salmon, chicken and falafel (min. 4 each) for a group of 12. The falafel bowl was the most popular. Desert trays and cloth napkins were picked up the next business day. Excellent service. Great portions and quality.
