The instructors here have a great sense of humour, and help me feel strong, confident, energised - and on some days maybe even a bit younger! All in a very non-pretentious, supportive setting.

I’ve never left a review anywhere but I just have to say how amazing Power Flow Pilates is! If you’re reading this I hope I can convince you to join! I’ve always struggled with working out, especially after getting diagnosed with a Chronic health condition. I was really nervous to try new things and attempt anything because I was scared that I wouldn’t be able to do it. Pilates has honestly changed my life. I started at Power Flow this year and I couldn’t have imagined how much I would end up loving it. I started small, only going a couple times a week, and when I realised my body could handle it I was so excited to have found something that works for me. Not only that, the instructors made me feel SO comfortable and welcome that I’m not scared to let them know if something isn’t working for me or if I can’t do the movements. I feel so accepted and part of a community which is something I never thought I’d find through exercise. I feel so much stronger, physically and mentally since starting my journey at power flow. Now I am doing classes almost every day and I couldn’t imagine not doing it. Thank you so much Power Flow 💗
The instructors are so welcoming and knowledgeable! I have multiple chronic injuries and they always provide adaptions for these when needed. They cater to individual levels and I always get a good workout. I love that the instructors give just the right amount of encouragement to motivate me to give it my all.
I started at Power Flow when I was 32 weeks pregnant and am now 5 months post partum. The team here make you feel so comfortable and ensure that you get a great workout no matter what your level of fitness is. Since having my baby I’ve been doing the parents with babies classes and I can’t speak more highly of them! Each instructor is so mindful of supporting you back into an exercise routine. Everyone is so understanding of however you and your baby show up - there’s been many a time where instructors have offered to hold my Bub so I could get some decent exercise in. Everyone is so lovely - I’ve been to three other studios before and this is the best by far!
