now 12/2025 it’s shaving time. It charged my card to start TWICE SAYING 20 min. each time. total 40 min. i had only been there a total of 20 min and had to unload floor mats I was washing out of another car before i even started the thing. and the button to add time doesn’t work. i got it to add time one push out of 20 if you waste your time, pushing the button another way of ripping you off… so now not only does it suck they’re ripping you off blatantly they have cameras everywhere because they’re worried about people vandalizing or ripping them off. I know why now cause they’re ripping us off. if you could give zero stars, I would give zero. it has steadily been going on toilet since it was sold. it used to be one of the best. now it’s never clean. Chemicals have aren’t usually filled. i washed my car got thru a $25 wash and no spotless rinse. SMH. i used to spend over $200 a month between all of our vehicles. Hadn’t been in quite awhile thought i’d see if they improved NOPE got worse. They offer a dryer but now the hoses have holes. so more wasted money. i recommend driving another couple miles south to the one in haysville. it’s not great but much better than this one. so far. much much worse. in the drive thru wash paid $14 no soap. i just have a WET dirty car. this place has not been maintained AT ALL since it was bought by new owners. they just want your money. NOT a lasting business. they should sale out. show no pride in business ownership for sure. 10-28-2024 for this added comment

Who ever owns this car wash they are purposely setting the sprayers to barely put out any soap it's not what it use to be go somewhere else.

If I can give a zero I would. I spent more time feeding their over priced coin machine than I did actually washing my car. I took me car through their automatic car was bay and sat there for 5 minutes with the outdated machine just spraying didn't clean my car I spent $40 and left out with a dirty car. Ever since these new people bought it it's going to hell. One time an older black woman told me I couldn't use the vacuums if I wasn't getting a wash not knowing I was in there once a week for years.

This used to be in my opinion the best car wash on the south side of Wichita if not the majority of Wichita. But I will be honest with you the vandalism that happens in the misuse of the equipment is probably the reason why the owners don't keep it in the condition it used to be. And though I can't blame him fully for that, on the other hand that's what insurance is for. I will say that when the equipment is intact in other words when the nozzles aren't broken and the hoses aren't leaking it's still one of the better washes in town

This is one of the Best Carwash in Wichita Kansas. I have been using this service for years. Employees are above service and self. Equipments are well maintained. I love going here to get all my vehicles properly cleaned and serviced. I’m always grateful for this kind of service.
