Great experience! The instructors at Prana Yoga studio are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Loved how they speak fluently with a tune of calming music providing clear instructions to students. Just listening to their voices especially Sheila, Tania & Jennifer during my hot core, hot yin and gentle restorative classes, makes me feel relaxed already and it helps me focus more to execute the pose needed to stretch, balance and get more strength. The scent of lemon grass at the end of each is one of my favorite part of the practice as it helps me cool down and refresh. Would definitely recommend 100% to my friends and family🤩👌

Prana Yoga Studio is a lovely spot to practice and very inclusive and welcoming. The instructors are thoughtful and encouraging and I truly appreciate them all. No matter whose class you go to you can count on it being a wonderful experience and leave feeling more grounded and rejuvenated. The classes are filled with positive energy from those who attend and honestly I just enjoy my classes here so much. It also is a beautifully kept environment, clean and restful.

Hands down the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to! The studio itself is gorgeous and the community of staff and students are so friendly and welcoming. The instructors are great at helping you through and explaining different postures, flows, and stretches, in a way that feels right for your body. My practice here feels holistic - they do an incredible job of highlighting the mental and spiritual aspects of the practice rather than just the movement. Highly recommend!

I've been attending yoga at Prana for years now and it has been a consistently positive experience. The studio is clean and welcoming and the staff and instructors are skilled and accommodating.
