Precision Doors provided a quick, excellent service experience. Their online appointment system was easy to use. I appreciated the phone call and text message stating who the technician was and when he was on his way. The technician, Ricky Hernandez, was outstanding! He quickly found and fixed the problem, took the time to thoroughly inspect the rest of the door and provide general maintenance, and gave advice on keeping the door in good working condition. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I would recommend him and Precision Doors to everyone!
We had new garage doors installed Thursday 13, 2025. Wyatt I arrived on scheduled and introduced himself. He went on to removing our wooden garage doors that had not been replaced since we bought our house. Wyatt replaced both garage doors and explained to us the care that was required over the hinges and major springs of the doors. Wyatt was very open to our questions. He made sure we understood, should we have questions later we could call the company. Thank you Wyatt for your exceptional work done on our garage doors. Thank you Precision Overhead Doors.
My garage door spring sprung late afternoon on Monday. No appointments available same day but I was able to get an appointment for the next morning. The technician, Ricky Hernandez, was at my house bright and early Tuesday morning. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He had my garage door springs and accompanying parts installed quickly and efficiently. Labor charge was reasonable but I feel the parts charges were a bit pricey.

We had an issue with another company who installed our new garage door. They did not install it correctly and gave me a hard time on the phone, blaming our garage door opener. I knew it wasn't the opener as Precision had installed it and it was great. I couldn't get the other company to respond, so the thing to do was to call Precision. Shay was wonderful in taking my call and getting me booked with Caleb Skaggs the following am. He looked at the install and pointed out all of the things that were done improperly. Rather than waiting on the other company to take care of their mess I asked him if he could, and of course he could! Absolutley love Precision Door Company and all of their fabulous employees. I now have peace of mind and a door that open and closes correctly. Anything in the future, Caleb will be my one and only. Thank you Caleb for being you. Laura & Steve
