My Nissan was hit/dented on front bumper/grill while it was parked. It was a nightmare getting a Collision shop to be approved by insurance: I took Nissan to three diff shops before bringing it to PCC. I found PCC via maps. After viewing reviews and seeing the finished products from previous customers-I knew I wanted (hoped) Nissan to be fixed by these guys. I went in next day, met w/Calvin and was pretty satisfied with the customer service from the initial consult, to the day I got my keys back! Calvin is a pretty chill vibe: He was welcoming, knowledgeable and understanding of how stressful these situations are for the customer. He was also confident that PCC could get Nissan fixed and that was a big relief! I wanna give Calvin a shout out for exceeding expectations and going out of his way to also get my bumper looking brand new and for also getting the emblem fixed!! For some reason the broken emblem bothered me the most and when Calvin, without hesitation said they could fix it, I was really surprised (previous shop said they couldn't replace the emblem bc of blah blah) and beyond elated!! I also really appreciated that he called me with updates on Nissan and explained everything that would be done and the most important part: He guesstimated when Nissan would be ready without delay! In fact I got the car sooner than expected! I also want to also give credit where it's due & thank George & Alex for putting in the elbow grease on Nissan. Thanks to these guys, my car looks better now than it did fresh out the dealership. Alex and George did a phenomenal job & I'm really grateful! I def recommend, you bring your vehicle, your friends', your cousin's, your neighbors! Tell everyone & their mama to bring their car to PCC. I think you'll be a happy customer. Ty PCC!! I hope I nvr have to see y'all again but if I do, I know any vehicle I bring will be in good hands.
I chose this shop based on good reviews but was skeptical, as I’ve often been overcharged in the past. I brought my car in right before Labor Day weekend expecting to make an appointment. Instead, Geovanny (the owner) greeted me, looked at the damage, and had it fixed within 15 minutes—at no charge. I was blown away by his kindness. This family-owned shop has earned my trust, and I’ll be recommending them to all my friends.
Brought in my newly purchased x5 for a paintless dent removal at Premier Collision Center at Anaheim. They did such an amazing job of fixing it cannot tell where it was at all after fix, MAGIC! Geo and Rafael are really easy to work with and great on communication, attention to details and Rafael even offered me a ride home after I dropped car for repair and picked me up after it’s all done. The whole process only took 1.5 hour from the time I brought in the car, fast service with exceptional quality! I would definitely recommend this shop for body repair and they are certified repair by many big carmakers and dealership as well.
I have taken 2 cars to Premiere Collision. Not only are they friendly but they are honest and do an outstanding job. I will always refer family and friends who need body work done to them wether they go through insurance or pay out of pocket. I am a customer for life!
Came here to repair my Lexus and it has been a great experience despite the accident and dealing with insurance and stuff. Calvin is my advisor and he has been great and communicative with me about the status. I just picked up my car and it looks like the accident never happened. Love it. Highly recommend this place to repair your baby.
