I've been bringing my infant to Dr Sachs since birth and we've had a great experience. I highly recommend his practice! The office is lovely, friendly staff, and kid-friendly. It's easy to make appointments and medical records are available on an online patient portal. No billing issues (they take my insurance and it's all free when we visit the office for preventive visits). We've never waited more than a couple minutes to be taken back to an exam room to take baby's measurements with a nurse, and typically only a few more minutes to see the doctor himself. Dr. Sachs himself is also highly available. We found out following our first appointment that my baby had mild jaundice and Dr. Sachs had us come back for a follow up the very next day to be cautious and do an extra blood test to make sure it was improving- I appreciated this! Test results have always been quicker than he tells us they would be. And once when I messaged him a question on the patient portal he responded within a couple hours! I picked Dr. Sachs and this pediatric practice after researching and reading reviews of several practices in the area. I liked that they offered interviews for new parents, but they also had an FAQ PDF on their website that answered all my questions so when I was pregnant I ended up saving time and picking Dr. Sachs straight away. He's been great - friendly, good bedside manner, and thorough. We feel like we're in good hands!
We love Dr. Nourmand! We’ve been seeing her for many years through the births of all four of our kids. She’s so kind, professional, and my kids love her. Highly recommend!!

Dr Sachs has been wonderful! As first time parents, there was anxiety about our baby and the job we were doing, but Dr Sachs put us right at ease. He's great with our daughter, explains everything in detail, and is very encouraging. The staff is also wonderful. We love our Dr, and highly recommend this practice.
My family has had the most incredible experiences with Premier Pediatrics. Our primary doctor is Dr. Lisa Hauselman, and we love her. She is patient, kind, thorough, communicative and very knowledgeable. We feel so confident in her care and are so grateful for how she's gone above and beyond for our family. The practice is very organized and have been very impressed with the ability to make same day appointments and are generally able to see our primary doctor. We've also seen Dr. Meepos and Dr. Nourmand and have also had wonderful interactions with them. All of the nurses and office staff are so warm and patient and we have been so happy with them. I also love that they have a patient portal where we can communicate with the doctors and nurses. We highly recommend them to families that are looking for a great practice for their kiddos.
