Prestige Electronics was recently recommended to me as a place to go to to get my Breville Touch coffee machine fixed and serviced. Being the week of shut down for businesses directly before Christmas, I completely understood that the team at Prestige may not be able to get to my machine before closing. However, Yaz booked us in and kept in touch with us and answered any questions I had when picking it up. The team of technicians were amazing and got the job done. I am extremely confident and happy to use them again and will be recommending them in the future. Thanks Prestige Electronics. You are amazing.
We needed repair to the refrigerator in our caravan and found the company was a service agent for Dometic, the manufacturer of the refrigerator. As we are travelling we wanted the refrigerator fixed as the 240 volt system was not working and food was being spoiled On enquiry we were quoted a non refundable amount for an inspection of around $240 which would be credited towards the job if we proceeded. We were surprised that the total cost was about $850 but locked in so as not to waste the inspection fee. I have since found that the repair cost was very high compared with to other suppliers costs
A great find. We didn’t know that services like this existed. They fixed our Denon sound system by replacing a broken part. We are very happy with the result. They also fix coffee makers and a range of electrical appliances. Highly recommended.
Great service, great pricing, 'can do' attitude with high quality technical work on a one-off piece of electronics. We needed a specialised scanner built from a kit. The other stores in town were not interested. Prestige listened, committed to helping us and produced a first class solution. We highly recommend Prestige Electronics and their management and technical team. They are my 'go to' for all future electronics issues.
A new update to follow on the worst customer experience in my life. Six weeks to repair a coffee machine and finally get it back only to find they completely wrecked it and it now leaks. I was going to delete this review after they said the delays were due to Breville but then, it what could only be described as the most bizarre case of poor customer management, they told me I would now have a red flag against my name in their system because I had given a poor review! I get the machine home, fill it up to test it then come back to a kitchen with water everywhere including a full kitchen drawer of water. There are also scuff marks on the front of the machine that weren't there before.
