This review is for personal dog training, Steph our dog trainer was great! We needed to teach our dog a lot of mat work for a flight coming up and Steph was great at showing us how to work with our dog. The once a week schedule really helped us work w/ our dog our own and they get more coaching as the weeks progressed.

I recently contacted Primepaw to ask about puppy training and had a great experience during my consultation. I spoke with Dominic, who was very professional and came well-prepared for the call. He provided a few package options that were specifically tailored to mine and my puppy’s needs. He was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly, providing detailed information on each program. I was also impressed with their flexibility on for scheduling. Dominic presented options that could work with my availability, which I appreciated. Based on this positive initial interaction and their clear expertise, I’m considering on enrolling my puppy in their training classes.

We love Primepaw! Dill attended the puppy preschool and it was the best decision. Our little man learned all basic commands and the google classroom they share with you was insanely helpful for us to continue training at home. Dill loved being there so much that he's now in daycare and runs to get inside to the amazing people who work there. I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend. :)

My wife and I met Dominic (one of the trainers) at a puppy social at PetFood Express. After chatting with him about PrimePaw, we decided to send our puppy there for Puppy Pre-School, as the pickup/drop off times lined up with our work schedules. After 12 sessions, we have nothing but positive things to say. Our puppy Barley has learned so much, and all of the trainers have been extremely helpful. They post updates of your dog on their instagram throughout the day, so you can periodically check on them. Our dog just graduated from Puppy Pre-School! Dogs cannot speak for themselves, but actions speak louder than words. Every time I pulled up to PrimePaw, my dog perked up with excitement, and was eager to go inside (see attached video)! I would recommend them!

These guys are the real deal when it comes to amazing dog (and people) training. I met with James recently and was completely impressed by his knowledge, warmth for Greg dog and non-judgemental guidance. He is generous with his time and gave me specific homework to improve Greg's behavior, and mine. As possibly the only bipoc-led facility around, Prime Paw is the one place I'll be working with for tweaking our bad habits. James communicated how to find out where Greg's threshold is to learn when confronted with large dogs and encouraged positive interaction with him during those frequent meetings. As a city dog and a rescue, I feel more positive about Greg's ability to learn and change a few reactive behaviors after meeting with James. Thank you!
