I scheduled a blowout with a hot tools add on along with full face makeup with an expert stylist. When I arrived, my stylist asked why I was getting my hair and makeup done. I was excited and told her I was getting married later in the afternoon. She then asked me what I wanted done with my hair and I said a blowout with curls and I just asked her to pin back a few pieces of hair up top. She said she didn’t have enough time to do that. (I know this takes less than a minute to do). She then went to her manager to ask for permission and she came back and said I had to pay for the “bridal package” and tried to upcharge me another $100. When I told her to forget about pinning back my hair, she still said because I was getting married, I had to pay an extra $100 if I wanted my hair done. We argued back and forth for awhile until she finally did what I originally asked for. Disgusting behavior, especially since she finished 50 minutes before she was supposed to. I ended up pinning back my own hair when I got home. Took me two minutes and four bobby pins. As for the final results, my hair and makeup did look very beautiful. The stylist knows her stuff and is very talented. This is not a bad review on her skills. But, I will never step foot in this establishment again.

This place is a beautiful place and my sisters and family turned out stunning. Me on the other hand? I turned out 10 shades too dark. I showed up to my mom wedding looking crazy. So many people asked me if I was sick!! So embarassing! I finally got the wedding photos back today. I want to warn future customers to NOT book makeup with Ellie. I asked her to brighten my face and she simply added concealer under my eye and nothing else. I left without further adjustments because we were in a rush. Heed my warning. Her work is attached.

I'm truly hooked! What an amazing experience, from start to finish. Madison, the stylist, was not only professional but also warm and friendly, making me feel comfortable right away. She listened carefully to my goals and worked with me to achieve them perfectly! I also really appreciated how easy it was to schedule and the helpful reminders. I wholeheartedly recommend this service, especially Madison, who made the entire process enjoyable.

I had a fantastic experience with Haley at Primp and Blow chandler. I booked a Polished ponytail updo and false lash application for my work holiday party. Haley exceeded all expectations. Her attention to detail was incredible; my updo was sleek, secure and lasted the entire evening. Same with the lashes! Haley was friendly and professional, she made the entire process relaxing and fun, and having both service at once was such a time saver! Highly recommend!
