They answered all of my questions no matter how dumb (trust me I can ask dumb questions 😂). Irving let us know what was going on the entire time and always kept us in the loop. The crew that put on the roof did an amazing job and my new roof is beautiful! Lance Giesman did an outstanding job helping us with our roof after it took a major hit from Beryl. From start to finish, Lance was transparent, honest, and incredibly helpful. We barely had to lift a finger when it came to working with our homeowners insurance—he and his team handled everything, making the process completely seamless. On installation day, the crew kept our property clean and even scanned our yard multiple times with a magnet to ensure no nails were left behind. As a parent, that gave me real peace of mind. It’s been a couple of months now, and our roof still looks amazing. We highly recommend Lance for anyone needing roofing work!
