September 2025 brought a ton of rain to our house and our roof leaked. We started looking for a quality Roofing Company and talked to several contractors. We found Priority Roofing in a ValPak and researched them. We were really impressed with all we learned about the Company. We called for a Free Inspection. Clint came out for the Inspection. He was outstanding. We had a full shingle roof replacement done with Priority. Every member of the Priority team was helpful and professional. Richard and Sarah, Erica, and David helped us set up for the Installation. Lupe Perez was assigned as our Quality Control Manager and over saw the hardworking Installers. We were impressed with their Professionalism and dedication to Quality work. We can’t say enough about the Service and Quality of the roof that was installed. Probably the smoothest experience we have ever had with a Contractor. Totally a 5 star experience!!

Priority Roofing has made the stressful experience of needing a new roof easy and stress free. They handled all dealings with the insurance company and all appointments with inspectors and adjusters for us. They coordinated with the solar company with perfect timing, and were extremely fast but efficient when installing the new roof. Jordan was a pleasure speaking to when selecting the new tiles and explaining the contract with us. Lupe was also amazing. He walked us through the installation, and was here supervising the entire time. He helped us navigate a couple of the issues they found after revealing the roof itself when the old tiles came off. He kept us informed of every little detail and shared pictures of the issues and the completed repairs. The transparency and communication was on point. This whole process was painless, and we would recommend Priority Roofing to anyone who needs roofers. Best experience we’ve had with repairs on our older home since purchasing it years ago.
