After I filed a home warranty claim, a representative from Pro Price Heating & Cooling called shortly afterward and was able to reschedule us for a much sooner appointment—just two days later. With temperatures around 40 degrees and no heat, that responsiveness was truly appreciated. The technician arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently.
