I would give this place a minus star if this was an option. They kept texting, wanting me to do a diagnostic on my own washing machine. They kept wanting an error code when my machine was not giving a code. It would just stop and say cancel. I texted them exactly what it was doing, and it was not draining and they kept asking what it was doing. Finally, they told me to do a clean cycle on it which again did not finish the cycle. Texted him that got no response. A very unprofessional way of doing business.

We needed our Samsung refrigerator serviced and it was still under warranty. Professional Appliance & TV Service provided excellent communication leading up to the repair. The technician was on time and did a great job!
