I've had multiple injuries requiring PT over the last 5 years and have received great care at Professional Physical Therapy Back Bay for all of them! Most recently, I had an amazing several months working with Nick on two back-to-back issues. It was always a joy to come in for my sessions. I loved getting to know everyone at the clinic. Although I hope not to have to return for at least a couple of years, I cannot recommend this place enough!
Great physical therapists! My shoulder was treated and now I’m able to get back to my workout routines! I love the fun environment. The PTs and the techs are so friendly and really care about getting your body back in shape. I looked forward to visiting. Special shout out to Danielle and Ruhan Definitely bittersweet to “graduate” from PT at this office 😭
Hello! I wanted to leave a review. I don’t leave many but this was too good of an experience to just not mention. Rachel and her assistants Ruhan and Kat were all so welcoming and kind to me. I’m an awkward person but they made me feel at home. I have been going for various injuries because I’m accident prone, and this whole time they repeated what each movement actually helps with my ankle when I ask from forgetting. They help me be patient with the healing time and I finally stopped rushing into physical activities after a flare up. They have been so patient with me. I accidentally stole a timer and for two months they kindly reminded me bring it back, until I finally did, they even wrote a note for me to leave on my phone. Danica and Nick helped me when Rachel was out and we’re all so friendly and patient with me. Everyone is so supportive and in a good mood. Wonderful atmosphere!
I cannot say enough good things about this facility! I came in late July for a weak hip flexor. I was working with Danny (Danielle) for about 8-10 weeks this summer, as I navigated my weak hip flexor. She was so easy to work with, made me comfortable & got me stronger than I’ve been in years. I’m 30 now and I kept saying, I feel like my running is back to my late teens / early 20s. She guided me through this hip flexor strengthening as I have been training for the NYC marathon. She kept me running my entire training block, always checked in on progress every visit, customized my plans to ensure I stayed safe but also plans to challenge me. All of this amazing progress under Danny is life changing but let’s not forget, I had FUN while I was there too. I looked forward to my PT sessions. If you are in the Boston area looking for accommodating, welcoming and PTs that will truly make you stronger, I highly recommend Professional PT Back Bay!
ABSOLUTELY amazing experience with Danielle and the Back Bay team! I've (unfortunately) seen many PTs in my life, and I'm confident that Danielle is the best. She really took the time to listen and understand my needs, thoughtfully explain every aspect of my care plan, and proactively update my treatment to fit my unique circumstances -- from exercise preferences to work schedules. Plus, she's just super fun to be around! I came in with chronic shin/calf pain related to running, and I'm leaving a much more comfortable and confident runner just 2 months later. If you have any sports injuries -- especially running injuries -- go to Danielle! Beyond Danielle, the whole Back Bay team -- from student technicians to front desk staff -- is super warm and welcoming. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was both comfortable and challenged. Couldn't ask for more!
