Quick same day service after we had a visit from a furry friend due to the cold and some construction next door. Our tech Jerry was thorough and friendly. DId an inspection and refilled baits and traps. All our interactions with this company have been top notch. HIghly recommend!

Recently had need to have Professional Termite/Pest Control over to investigate a matter. Can not say enough about how communicative and professional the team was on the phone and specifically how thoughtful William J was on site on his first visit (several hours) and his follow up. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them all. More importantly the quality of work they did and care he/they took in doing it reflected true craftmanship. Thank you.

We've been having Professional Termite and Pest Control come to our building for a number of years now and they've been great!! Our apartment building is old and has had its share of issues with unwanted pests, but after weekly service with Professional Termite and Pest Control things have improved dramatically. Duane, the technician who regularly works with us, is always timely, efficient, and does a thorough job checking and treating our building each time he comes out. This is all while being very amiable and friendly as well. Definitely recommend!

The bestest experience. Lucky to have come across Professional Termite & Pest Control!! I called other companies - blessing in disguise PT&PC popped up. Loved too that company office is close-by. Wilma is an awesome customer service person. Friendly, knowledgeable. One will not have second thoughts , I felt so at ease with Wilma, that in 15mins, I was signing the contract and consumer notice form. Text messaging before, after our convo yesterday was a good 5stars. Communication is the key. So impressed woth your standard operating procedures.. Period I finally met her this morning, stopped by on my way to McDonald’s by Summit and PPlank Road. Same persona on phone and in person! Day of service! Received a text from technician he was on the way. 15minutes tols. He called when he was at the door. Service!!! i was floored .. Jerry was friendly, knowledgeable and a superb technician. Never a dull moment. his work ethics is over the top!! he gave us pertinent information.. when - what . Im giving credit where credit is due. Professional Termite & Pest Control - overall A .. To be honest I did not get to shop around for prices.. So I am “not sure” is my answer regarding Price survey.. I will not hesitate to refer PTAPC for its overall perfection!! Will also have them request Jerry!! Cheers!!
