Dropped off my tv, very friendly and professional. They explained everything and how their system works, paid the 50$ diagnostic fee. In just over a week they called and told me problem and cost to repair, agreed to repairs and was done next day! I highly recommend this business, very happy with the whole process!!

Their service was so impressed. Phoned them on Friday about my Samsung TV having dirty screen effect issue. They scheduled an in-home service for me on the next Wednesday. Ben and David were very nice and so professional. They done the job with in an hour including unmounting, replacing a part, and putting it back together. They know what they are doing and resolve my TV problem with their skills as well as their prompt response. Much appreciated for your work.

They recently fixed the backlight in my TV and everything about the experience went smoothly. I called to ask about it, they told me to bring the TV in for them to examine it. They were upfront about the possibilities and potential costs before I paid the diagnostic fee, and gave me a reasonable estimate on both time and final cost. They fixed it within the time they quoted (a week to diagnose the problem, two more weeks to get parts and fix it) and the price was reasonable (about half of what a new TV would cost). Definitely recommend giving them a try if you need something repaired.

It's the first time that I'm using a warranty service from Samsung. And my first time hearing about this company pro service electronics, and I want to tell ! You guys are doing a great job !!! From order desk, the person who called me and informed me about the upcoming service, to the installers who called me as well and again told me that they're on the way and will be " here " shortly. They came to my house , investigated the issue with my tv screen, and fixed it right away by replacing the TV screen as well as fixing/adjusting the optical output . These 2 gentlemen were very professional, clean job, polite and friendly. Thank you very much Ben&David for your service. CEO/managers ! Awesome experience. Thank you! David was most helpful. My printer was not connecting to wifi so I called ProService and spoke to David. He suggested a few things to try but when they didn’t help he said to bring it in. I did, and in about 15 minutes he had confirmed my valid warranty, confirmed the problem and ordered a replacement printer. The very next day he called me to come back in to pick up my new (refurbed) printer! It works great! Oh and David was not at front when I picked up the replacement. Instead Rose helped me. I found her to be very professional and friendly.
